El impacto del gobierno digital en la modernización del estado : revisión sistemática

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la implementación del Gobierno Digital en el Perú en el marco de la Política de Modernización del Estado. Para ello, se utilizó una revisión sistemática como metodología principal de análisis. Se establecieron criterios de inclusión y exclusión basados en la pregunta de investigación "¿Cuál es el nivel actual de la implementación del Gobierno Digital en el Perú en el marco de la Política de Modernización del Estado?". Los resultados de esta revisión sistemática revelan las tendencias sobre la modernización del Estado, destacando el progreso en la implementación de tecnologías digitales para elevar la eficiencia del gobierno y la prestación de servicios ciudadanos. En conclusión, este análisis proporciona una visión general sobre el estado del Gobierno Digital en el Perú. Así mismo, permite identificar áreas de oportunidad y mejora en la modernización efectiva del Estado mediante tecnologías digitales, con el fin de garantizar una gestión más eficiente enfocada en el bienestar de los ciudadanos.

The objective of this article is to analyze the implementation of the Digital Government in Peru within the framework of the State Modernization Policy. For this purpose, a systematic review was used as the main analysis methodology. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were established based on the research question "What is the current level of implementation of the Digital Government in Peru within the framework of the State Modernization Policy?". The results of this systematic review reveal trends in the modernization of the State, highlighting progress in the implementation of digital technologies to increase the efficiency of government and the provision of citizen services. In conclusion, this analysis provides an overview of the state of Digital Government in Peru. Likewise, it allows us to identify areas of opportunity and improvement in the effective modernization of the State through digital technologies, in order to guarantee more efficient management focused on the well-being of citizens.
